Creamy Over Night Oats - Bobs RedMill
Ingredients
2 ¼ cups Non-Dairy Milk (532 mL)
¼ cup Organic Chia Seeds (43 g)
½ cup Creamy Peanut Butter or Almond Butter (120 mL)
3 Tbsp Maple Syrup (44 mL)
1 tsp Vanilla Extract (5 mL)
2 cups Old Fashioned Rolled Oats (400 g)
Instructions
In a large glass bowl or container, add non-dairy milk, chia seeds, peanut butter, maple syrup and vanilla extract. Stir well with a spoon or shake to combine.
Add the oats and give it another good stir. Be sure the oats are completely submerged in the liquid in order to ensure an even setting process.
Cover with a lid or plastic wrap and refrigerate overnight (at least 4–6 hours).
When it is ready, give it another good stir and serve with your favorite toppings.
